Mountaineers Lacrosse Club is excited to announce a partnership with Seven Hills Club Lacrosse. Seven Hills is a premier lacrosse club focused on developing male high school lacrosse players from Central Mass. It is run by Rich Luongo, former head coach at Algonquin Regional HS and Nate Skermont, head coach of Shrewsbury HS as well as Clark University Men’s Lacrosse coach, Jeff Cohen.
While Seven Hills focuses on high school players and Mountaineers focuses on youth players we both share the same values of providing an opportunity for players to improve their game, compete against higher levels of competition and prepare to play at the next level (whatever that may be). All while keeping number of teams and players on the smaller side with the intention of players and families getting to know their teammates and coaches well.
While we run programs in the fall, winter and summer, we encourage participation in other sports and try to create a schedule that does not interfere with other activities. We take the spring off, so all kids can play for their local youth or school program.
As part of this partnership, Mountaineers coaches will have access to the deep coaching resources available at Seven Hills as well as occasional shared practices at the Clark University Athletic facility. Mountaineers players will also receive a $100 discount as they move on the Seven Hills HS program.
We, at Mountaineers Lacrosse Club, look forward to working with the Seven Hills program as we continue to build our program and enhance the experience for our players.
Register above for our 2018/19 season.
We will divide Fall, Winter, and Summer participants at a later date
